Fenway Clayworks is hiring a woodworker to join our team in Golden, Colorado!

Applicants must have enthusiasm for their work, embrace high quality standards, be problem-solvers, and eager to learn. 

Qualifications

• Pride in producing very accurate work and meeting scheduled deadlines.
• Knowledge of wood types, finishes, and joinery methods.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in woodworking techniques, machinery, and tools. 
• Experience with a lathe or CNC router a plus, but not required.
• Demonstrated experience as a woodworker or furniture maker.

Responsibilities

• Operate woodworking machinery. 
• Assist in lighting assembly.
• Fabricate and assemble wood products according to specifications.
• Maintain clean and organized workshop and follow safety procedures.
• Maintain quality control standards.

Fenway Clayworks is hiring a Studio Assistant to join our team in Golden, Colorado!

This is a part-time, on site position. Experience and curiosity about the ceramic process a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Manage packaging and shipping of pottery.
• Clean and organize the studio as needed.
• Ability to work collaboratively and independently with strong social and communication skills.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds without assistance.
